At Instant Event Photography we think it is very important that everyone has the chance to see their pictures and make up their own mind whether they would like to buy.

All to often photographers have one screen to view pictures on and this normally means a queue of people, creating pressure on the person at the front of the queue to buy the first picture of them rather then having to time look through and buy the picture they actually want.

We work differently. We have multiple viewing stations which allows everyone to take there time looking through their pictures and in turn making the whole experience enjoyable.

Each of our viewing stations is connected to a central server. This allows us to instantly update every viewing station as the pictures are downloaded from the cameras.

We normally bring along between 3 - 12 viewing stations depending on the size of the event. This allows every guest the chance to view and order their pictures without being rushed by a queue of people behind them.

From the viewing stations you can view the gallery, enlarge any image for a better view and even add them to your basket & place an order. Then all you need to do is collect your prints from the sales desk.

How easy it it to use

Very Easy!!!

1. Each new viewer will see a screen with a gallery of all the pictures taken. At large events we often split galleries into smaller groups (split by time, location,etc)
2. Once they have found their pictures they can click and enlarge them for a more detailed view.
3. They then have the choice to buy any pictures in the size available on the day or order one of our other products available to be sent on in the post. (Larger Prints, Keyring's, T-Shirts, etc)
4. Each guest/Competitor can order as many different pictures as they like. Once they are happy with their choices they simply click the order button, they then collect and pay for their order at the sales desk.

 

Most orders with this system can be processed in a matter of a few minutes from the time the guest sits down to have a look to the time they are walking away with they prints.

This is by far the quickest and most enjoyable way of displaying and ordering pictures we have come across and our customer feedback confirms this.
